As a part of ASU's continual process to improve student and community services, we changed how you access your student's QuikPay account.

ASU has created new features in My ASU, the university's central hub for student communications and information. The new My ASU Guest Access tool allows students to share necessary information for their success at Arizona State University.

You may have received an email from ASU with a QuikPay Link Code; this will be used to link to your existing QuikPay account. Next you will need to take the following actions in order to view and make payments to your student's account.

  1. Contact your student and request that they grant you access to their My ASU account.
    1. If your student is unaware of this new feature, please share this Help article for detailed instructions.

  2. Once your student has granted you access to their My ASU account to make payments, they will need to provide you with a validation code.

  3. You will receive an email with instructions to complete the process for accessing My ASU and submitting the validation code to link your account to the student's My ASU account.

  4. Enter the QuikPay Link Code, when prompted, to link to your existing QuikPay account. If you were an Authorized Payer and did not receive an email with your QuikPay Link Code, you will be given an opportunity to request one. Be sure to check your junk folder, spam box, or other inboxes for this email - it's possible it will end up in one of these areas.
After this quick update, you can resume payment activity and have access to your student's account information in My ASU.
